6. Content Quality Expectations

Nichaza accepts only original fictional narrative short films and original animated narrative short films.

All films must function as standalone narrative works. We do not allow:

Documentaries, reality content, music videos, commercials, vertical short-form content, social media clips, reuploads, copyright infringement, episodic series, web series, serialized content, Dhar Mann-style recurring episode content, Almost Friday TV-style recurring anthology series brands, multi-part stories requiring previous installments, or continuing narratives across uploads.

Content should meet reasonable quality standards for audio, video, and storytelling.

7. Creator Responsibilities

Creators must possess all rights to their submitted material, including screenplays, footage, music, images, and trademarks.

Creators are responsible for the accuracy of film metadata, including cast, crew, and character information.

Creators should respond to community feedback and engage constructively with their audience.

8. Reporting Process

Users can report films, comments, and other users through the platform reporting tools.

Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and action is taken according to these guidelines.

Frivolous or malicious reports may result in action against the reporter.

9. Appeals Process

Users and creators may appeal moderation decisions through the appeals system.

Appeals are reviewed by a different moderator than the one who made the original decision.

Appeal decisions are final unless new evidence is presented.

10. Enforcement Actions

Enforcement actions include content removal, warnings, account suspension, and permanent bans.

The severity of action depends on the violation and the user history of violations.

Repeated violations result in progressively stricter enforcement.
